  4. Your personal data is stored for the duration of your use of these services. After discontinuation of using the services, personal data in the scope of: name, surname, e-mail address will be stored for a period of 2 years for the purpose of considering complaints and claims related to the use of these services or in the absence of claims related to the use of the service provided by PATRONUS APARTMENTS, your personal data in the scope of: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number will be permanently destroyed.

    1. request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer data,

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is a condition for concluding a contract for the provision of services, including by electronic means. The consequence of not providing personal data is the inability to provide services by the Administrator.
